Commercial Team

In the morning, talks start with our partners in Asia and Australia. Shortly thereafter come the Middle-East, Europe,Africa… and in the evening, the Americas. It is a privilege for our team to drive the company’s commercial development with our distributors world-wide. Every market has its unique qualities, and we get to craft the investment strategies that will create the most ground-breaking deployment of our scientific innovations.

Marketing Team

We present new products to the market, craft key selling points, and create value by coordinating transnational strategies in medical detailing, trade marketing, point of sale management, mass-market advertisement and digital promotion.

Communications Team

Being a dietitian at Novamil for more than 10 years, this position has allowed me to discover many things both on the human level as well as the professional one. I have many diverse tasks, which I love and the Novamil group gave me the opportunity to evolve.

Consumer Service

A team of dietary experts and nutritionists work each day to satisfy all parents’ requests and their baby’s needs.

We answer questions regarding various subjects on baby’s feeding, and give them dietary advice. We also help them find the best solution for their child as each baby is unique and can sometimes have digestive disorders.

We work with the R&D, scientific, packaging and marketing departments. So we have diversified tasks.

Since my arrival, my dietitian's position grew rich of several new functions. Today, I manage the advice to parents as well as pharmacists, complaint follow-ups, document formatting of our Novamil products composition, the evolution of formulas, the conformity of packaging as well as various projects in nutrition and packaging. This evolution of my sphere of action was possible thanks to our strong growth and to the trust granted by Novamil to their employees.
